ROUND ROCK, Texas – Police found nearly $2 million worth of meth concealed in the gas tank of a car in Texas. Veterinarian accused of smuggling heroin in puppies’ bellies makes first court appearance

NEW YORK — A veterinarian accused of implanting packets of liquid heroin into the abdomens of puppies in order to illegally transport the drugs into the United States has finally been brought to the U.S. after fighting extradition. Drugs laced with rat poison blamed for multiple deaths

A fourth death in central Illinois has been connected to synthetic cannabinoid use, the Illinois Department of Public Health reported Tuesday. Since March 7, synthetic cannabinoids have sickened 153 people and been blamed in four deaths: a woman in her 30s, a man in his 40s and two men in their 20s.
