The Kroger Company has recalled six months’ worth of Comforts FOR BABY Purified Water with Fluoride Added after discovering mold in the product. Kroger, the largest grocery store chain in the country, tested the water after receiving customer complaints and found contamination by a species of mold called Talaromyces penicillium. Trader Joe’s recalls salads over plastic, glass fears

Trader Joe’s has recalled some of its packaged poultry salads over concerns they may contain pieces of glass or hard plastic. In a statement, the chain of grocery stores said the salads potentially affected had the use-by dates 11/10 through to 11/21 and the USDA inspected code P-40299. “Products with different ‘inspected’ codes are produced in separate facilities and are not impacted by this potential concern,” the statement said. Honda recalls 900,000 Odyssey minivans after dozens of reported injuries

Honda is recalling 900,000 Odyssey minivans after receiving 46 reports of injuries related to a problem that causes second-row seats to fall forward. The company announced the recall, which includes models from 2011 to 2017, on Saturday. 800,000 of the affected minivans were sold in the U.S. Honda is offering instructions on its website on how to correctly latch the seats to correct the safety issue. Millions of popular fire extinguishers recalled

Nearly 38 million fire extinguishers in the U.S. and Canada are being recalled because they might not work. Kidde is recalling 37.8 million extinguishers with plastic handles because they can get clogged and potentially fail when you need them. Playtex is recalling 3.6 million plates and bowls for children that may pose a choking hazard for anyone who uses them. The company says the clear plastic layer over the graphics can peel or bubble up from the surface. The printed designs include cars, construction scenes, giraffes, princesses, superheroes and more. AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — Fiat Chrysler is recalling nearly 500,000 pickup trucks over a possible fire risk.
